Since i took over as captain from chandru we have played 31 games & won 7..5 draws & 19 defeats.
Out of the 31 matches we have played 20 this season & won 3..3draws & 14 defeats.
Than lets compare to previous stats

I take the complete blame for our poor form this season..I havent been able to sustain the good work done by Swamy & Chandru. We had a small discussion after Sunday's match & we were thinking about changing the captaincy..As I have been not able to perform as expected I am offering to resign as captain & player but will continue to support the team. There are many senior players like Hemanth, Windoor, Sunil, Vasu, Srinidhi who can takeover from me.
So for better results i would suggest all of u to decide on your next captain rather than a single person deciding it..so its upto you guys now to take HOYSALA FC forward.

i think srini is toatally right.. presently we have to look at the mistakes, not the change of captaincy... accordin to my opinion the captain is sacrificin a lot to the team... so, from now on i think the captain must take the opportunity to prove how gud he is... and not to lose heart...
the change of captaincy and sacking of a player do not reap fruits to the team... rather it may retard the morale of the team which is highly dangerous that too in this point of time...
so, i beg raj to continue both as player and captain...

Captain never made any impression in our team from the time swamy stepped down, it was because of the age factor swamy had the respect as a captain, so raj you quitting as a captain is left to you but i dont agree you quitting as a player.......we need you as a good defender and a wonderful golee.... no one else can fill in your place at this moment... That too when we are entering the C Division league
So take away the thought of quitting as a player......I think you have lots of soup left in you dude....
coming to captaincy, i suggest let WINDOOR take the honors. As it was his long time ambition and he seems to be pretty interested tooo
